Abstract Submission:
Please submit your abstract (300 words max.) here! The deadline is 27 June 2025. To submit an abstract for the conference, please follow the instructions below:
Abstract Preparation
- Draft your abstract (300 words max).
- Create Indico account: An Indico account is required to submit an abstract. Set your account up here: https://conference.idiv.de/register/?next=/event/3/ (Note that this account is different to the general iDiv Indico account used for room bookings etc.)
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Each person may submit only one talk or poster abstract. The following contributions will be accepted:
- Standard talk (format: 12 + 3).
- Poster (optional: incl. 1-min flash oral presentation)
- Pre-conference workshops (60-180min, 29 September only, in Halle)
Submission Process
Visit the abstract submission page on Indico.
- Log in with your Indico account credentials.
- Navigate to the abstract submission section.
- Fill out the required fields, including title, authors, and abstract text.
- Submit your abstract
Confirmation
After submission, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to modify your abstract until the deadline of the Call for Abstracts.
Notification of Acceptance
Letters of acceptance will be sent out mid-August. Further instructions and logistics will be shared at the same time.
