Call for Abstracts

Abstract Submission:

Please submit your abstract (300 words max.) here! The deadline is 15 May 2026. To submit an abstract for the conference, please follow the instructions below:


Abstract Preparation

  • Draft your abstract (300 words max).
  • Create Indico account: 1. Visit the conference website: https://conference.idiv.de/event/5/overview 2. Click “Login” in the top right corner. You will be redirected to the page where you can create an account if you do not already have one. (Note that this account is different to the general iDiv Indico account used for room bookings etc.)

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Each person may submit only one talk or poster abstract. The following contributions will be accepted:

  • Standard talk (10-12min).
  • Poster (optional: incl. 1-min flash oral presentation)
  • Workshops (90-120 min., 9 September:9-11 am, in Person)
  • Project Meeting (can take place on 9 September between 9–11 a.m., in parallel with the workshops)

Submission Process

Visit the abstract submission page on Indico.

  • Log in with your Indico account credentials.
  • Navigate to the abstract submission section.
  • Fill out the required fields, including title, authors, and abstract text.
  • Submit your abstract

Confirmation

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to modify your abstract until the deadline of the Call for Abstracts.


Notification of Acceptance

Letters of acceptance will be sent in the beginning of July. Further instructions and logistics will be shared at the same time.
