Complimentary bus transfers will be offered between Leipzig, Halle (Saale), and Jena on both conference days to facilitate travel to and from the conference venue.
Routes & Timetable
Bus transfers will be available on both conference days for the following routes:
Tuesday, September 8
- Departure from Leipzig (iDiv) & Halle (ZOB): 08:00 am
- Return from Jena: 06:30 pm
Wednesday, September 9
- Departure from Leipzig (iDiv) & Halle (ZOB): 07:30 am
- Return from Jena: approximately 05:30 pm (after conference closing)

Pick-up and Drop-off Locations
Leipzig
Pick-up and drop-off will be the iDiv Core Centre.
Halle (Saale)
Pick-up and drop-off will be centrally located at Halle (Saale) Main Station / ZOB
Booking Your Seat
Bus seats can be reserved through the conference registration form.
- Bus transfers are free of charge
- Each route has a maximum capacity of 50 passengers
- Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- Participants can modify their bus bookings in their registration settings until 17 August
Waiting List
If your preferred route is fully booked, please register for the corresponding waiting list during the registration process.
Depending on demand and the number of waiting list registrations, we will assess whether additional transportation can be arranged.
If you are unable to secure a seat initially, we recommend checking availability again closer to the registration deadline, as places may become available if participants modify or cancel their registrations.
